We were invited to stay at Tim and Kate's
this weekend which was a real treat for us.
They are a British couple that we briefly
met the last time we came to France. They
have lived in France, near Carcassonne for
the last 3 years but have recently moved back to the UK.
For lunch they took us to this winery/bistro.

I had the Brochettte de L'Agneau
the best meal we have at at a
restaurant so far...yummy!
